new lights, new pictures!

so i ordered some things that i never thought i would order, NEW LIGHTING equipment! i have never learned anything about studio lighting, but now realize that i need to learn about it and start using it. so, i got my new stuff yesterday and was excited to try it out. i have A LOT to learn, believe that! but i am excited about the possibilities in making some different looks with my new lighting.

here are a few shots of my girls from just messing around for 15-20 minutes.

i took these shots outside the studio, without the lights.....but figured i'd do a little 5 minute session while i had the girls together. not sure what it is about my girls, but i can never get them to cooperate like i want them to! : )

so then i just did some shots of novah, since eisley wasn't in the mood








then the other day novah and i were outside playing and i asked her if she wanted me to take some pictures, and she agreed. so, we just hungout around our house and snapped a few of these. i can't believe how big she is getting! so grown up.
