ULTIMATE Veggie Bagel Sandwich | yummy food

 I've ALWAYS been a sucker for delicious sandwiches, especially bagel sandwiches! In college, my friends would beg me to make them! : D

This sandwich is full of veggie goodness and is PERFECT for a light lunch, but will satisfy your hunger pains!

Here is what you will need:

- Everything Bagel (toasted)
- 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese
- 1 slice of Muenster Cheese
- 1 block of cream cheese
- green onions
- tomato
- avocado
- cucumber
- red onion
- lettuce
- sprouts

 First chop up 3-4 green onions, and mix them with your block of cream cheese

Spread this creamy goodness on both sides of your bagel 

Add your Cheddar & Muenster Cheeses

Next cut up your cucumber...

And avocado

Assemble your cucumber and avocado on your cheeses

Next, cut your red onions in thin slices...

As well as your tomato

We're almost done!! Next apply your sprouts and lettuce

Finally add the top of your bagel and you're ready to eat a delicious and healthy lunch! ENJOY!
