Thanks for your interest in being a 2012 Senior REP for Eminence Photography!  Here, you will find a list of frequently asked questions about my Rep Program, where I will explain the exciting, money-saving Senior REP program! (Right below this picture!)

What is a senior REP?

Senior REPs are H.S. students from local schools that are chosen to promote Eminence Photography.  In turn, you will receive a FREE mini session and HALF off your SENIOR package! You'll receive a few complimentary products and the ability to earn some neat products!  You MUST call or fill out the application to be a Senior REP by April 30, 2011 to be eligible!  I am only taking a certain amount, so call ASAP to get your spot! What type of person am I looking for to REPRESENT me?

I am looking for REPs who are excited about having their pictures taken, and who are unique, funky and not afraid to be themselves! I also need you to be outgoing, social, and professional about contacting classmates to promote me!

What do Senior REPs do?

My team of Reps will promote my photography business by spreading the word about services, and recruiting fellow classmates to book with me! (Eminence Photography).  This can be done many ways:  by word of mouth, facebook, twitter; showing your pictures to your classmates; distributing flyers, handing out your personalized Rep card and any other creative ways you can think of (enlist your parents, too, and let them help you earn incentives, listed below)!

How many Senior REPs are there?

Each year, the number of Senior REPs on my team are chosen at my discretion.  This year I will be choosing 3 REPs each from Columbus North HS, Columbus East HS & Edinburgh HS

What will I get for my effort?

1. An initial Mini-session in the Spring ’11 to get images for your personalized “REP Cards” which you can start handing out to prospective clients.

2. Plenty of those Rep Cards and a few flyers for you to distribute to classmates and school bulletin boards to promote Eminence Photography.

3. Half off your full, 1-2 hour Senior Portrait Session with Eminence Photography in the summer or fall. (already a $300 savings)!

4. 5 digital, logo-marked images sized for Facebook/MySpace, iPod, phone, etc. These are for you to use to help get others to book their session with me, so please don’t crop the logo on these images ~ thanks!

5. Earn $10 in Rep cash every time someone you referred completes their session with me.

6. Your own personal, online gallery with 40-50 of your best images from your full session with me.

What is "REP Cash?"

For each Senior you refer that leads to their completed session, you will receive $10 in “Rep Cash Credit” which will be credited to your account with Eminence Photography's Online Ordering System. “Rep Cash” credit may be redeemed for products. You can use “Rep Cash” as soon as you earn it (like to get more wallets or whatever you want) or you may choose to save up your “Rep Cash” and use it towards other prints, albums, frames, etc.!  The more Seniors who complete a session using your name as the reference = more “Rep Cash”  it’s easy! (The person you sent who completed a session with me will also get their choice of a complimentary set of 16 wallets OR one complimentary digital photo sized for Facebook/iPod, phone, etc.)  You can accumulate “Rep Cash” through the end of March 2012.

Any other Fine Print (terms & conditions)

• Your mini session will be in April or May of 2011.  In order to participate with my Senior Rep Team you must be available to complete your mini session during that time.

• Rep Cards are for handing out to prospective clients interested in booking their Senior session with Eminence Photography, so they aren’t meant to hand out to someone who is already working with another Photographer.  Save the cards for people really interested in booking with me– Thanks!

• As a Rep on my team you agree to only represent Eminence Photography during your grad year.  You agree to post any free, logo-marked images that I give you from your session(s) on your Facebook/MySpace/Blog, etc. in order to help promote my services.  In addition, as being a Rep on my team it is required to join my Fan Page on Facebook.

• You MUST schedule and complete your FULL Senior Portrait Session before October 31, 2011. 

• Parents must be fully aware of your activity with this endeavor.  They will be asked to sign requested forms for your participation (model release, portrait session agreement).

• As with filling out any job application, it is important that the Senior Rep Team Application be completed in full in order to be considered for the team. Things like spelling & grammar will be evaluated along with your content for the answers on your questionnaire.

• While promoting Eminence Photography you agree not to speak unfavorably of any other photographers or their work.   People who you refer must not already be a studio Rep with another photographer.  You agree to only represent Eminence Photography's work during your senior year.  You agree to post any free, logo-marked images I give you from your session on Facebook.

• My Rep Program has many perks and advantages including a complimentary mini session and half off your full session.  Because of this, each Rep on my team is expected to refer at least two seniors that complete a session with Eminence Photography by the end of March 2012.  If a Rep is unable to fulfill this requirement they will need to pay the full amount of their session fee by June 1, 2012.  It’s much more fun to get the free stuff, anyway!!

• “Rep Cash” is valuable and I take it seriously.  I can only credit ONE person from my Senior Rep Team for the referral that is booked with me.  Upon booking, they will be asked how they found me and if they give me your name, then your account will be credited with “Rep Cash!” Because I can only credit ONE person with “Rep Cash,” I will ask potential clients to give me only ONE Rep’s name.  Make sure the people you talk to know this ahead of time so you will get the credit (the person you refer to me will also receive product as outlined above, under the Rep Cash Q&A section).  This is a good reason to get signed up for my team soon so you can get to your friends before someone else does! “Rep Cash” may not be redeemed monetarily, but is applied to your account and may be used towards products with Eminence Photography and any unused “Rep Cash” will expire on July 1st, 2012.  You may not give a gift of your earned “Rep Cash” to transfer to one customer to use towards their purchase.

• You understand that I have the ultimate right to protect the image and integrity of my business and therefore may terminate your participation on my team at any point and without notice.  If this happens, forfeit of accrued Rep Cash will take place.

What are the next steps if I'm interested? 

Interested students should review my Senior  work on my main website. If you like what you’ve seen and want to be on my team of Senior REPs, then fill out  the 2012 Senior REP Application, online. Once I’ve reviewed your application you will be contacted by me to review all the details and expectations associated with this endeavor. Individuals chosen will need to sign a simple contract along with their parent/legal guardian and schedule a time to do your initial photo session so you can get your Rep Cards and get to work!
